About me
When it comes to yoga, I am not married to any single school or practice. My group and private sessions are an amalgam of styles and techniques all geared towards bringing self-knowledge through movement, breath, and meditation for self-healing. The science of yoga is constantly evolving, and I love that evolution, grounded in the tradition. Since completing my 500-hr training in vinyasa and Anusara, I have not stopped learning from master teachers. My training as an Electronic Engineer has facilitated my passion to learn movement and the human body; and my 40+ years in video production have coming handy for making my yoga workshops and trainings an engaging learning experience for my students.
My 1000+ hours of Yoga Therapy certification were achieved with specialized training in Mental Health and Heart Conditions with Gadha Osman, PhD., as well as Parkinson’s Disease, Osteoporosis, Meditation Immersion, and Spinal health with Aum hOMe Shala faculty. “My passion for leading yoga sessions, rooted in the Panchamaya model, has evolved into an unwavering commitment to facilitate the mind-body-spirit connection for my mentees; it always makes my heart laugh out loud when I see the face of an ‘aha’ moment and the spark of self-discovery!”
One breath, one movement and one discovery at a time
What Is My Yoga Mentoring?
I started yoga on my third act, at age 50, and I have no words to convey my transformation, that’s why I decided to dedicate myself to pass on the gift of yoga. I understand yoga as “the string that connects all the dots in my life”, mental and physical health, career, and my relationship with all sentient beings, Mother Earth and the Divine.
It’s your Body, your Yoga. A Plan just for You
